Indoors
My clients keep a close eye on things around their home. If something breaks or doesn’t work the way they like, it’s put on their “MIKE” list. When they are ready, they call/text me and I take care of it. The list could be anything from a loose toilet seat to a new light fixture. But, it’s not unusual for us to be having a conversation about ideas they have around their home, but they just don’t know if it’s doable.
Outdoors
Pressure washing and landscaping are two of the many things I help my clients with outdoors. When the pollen is finished, they have me make it go away. I keep their sidewalks and homes exteriors clean. When they don’t like something about the arrangements of their plants (or the plant itself), we discuss options and put a plan together. If they want a border around a tree or a garden, we look at options and I give them what they want.
Custom
I have a client who needed to make a guest bedroom closet more functional for her grand kids to use as a playroom, but also serve as a closet should a guest be staying in the room. Another client wanted their master closet gutted, and new furniture installed while they were out of town. I worked with both of them and gave them exactly what they wanted. (even the accent wall of wallpaper!)
Why Home Services
I have clients, not customers. We work together on all aspects of their home. When my clients don’t like something about their home (inside or out), they work we me and we come up with a solution!
